The Photographic Workflow
There is a lot more to photography than just pointing a camera and pressing a button. A photographer must have an excellent understanding of Light, Exposure and Composition. Having an efficient workflow that does not sacrifice image quality and color management is also crucial for the professional photographer. Carulli Studios has found that by following a consistent workflow process we are able to spend less time tied to a computer processing our images and more time actually taking them!

The Impressionistic Art Transformation Process
Joe follows the above workflow to determine which of his photographs might be candidates for his Impressionistic Art Transformation Process. Once a photograph is chosen, several software programs and numerous digital darkroom techniques are used to transform the photograph into a unique piece of art.
For Joe, the creative process is never ending. A lot of time and effort is put into determining and researching the subject matter of his photographs. In addition there are many other factors that impact Joe's photographic decisions, such as the time of year, the time of day, the weather, etc.
As you can see below, Joe's photographic, artistic and technical skills allow him to create beautiful pieces of art that will enrich any decor!
